1. Service-Based Refunds
Since our services are digital and time-based (consulting, dashboard development, data integration, etc.), refunds are generally not offered once the work has commenced or has been delivered.
However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.
- Service Not Rendered: If we fail to begin the agreed service within the scheduled timeline and no work has started.
- Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts): If you cancel a service before any work or planning has begun.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to contact@powerbiconsult.com within 7 days of the transaction.
2. No Refund in the Following Cases
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Delay caused by incomplete client inputs or communication gaps
- Dissatisfaction with design preferences after mutual agreement on scope
- Services already rendered in full or partially delivered
3. Custom Packages
For custom consulting or project-based engagements, a detailed scope of work is provided before invoicing. Any changes or cancellations after confirmation may not be eligible for a full refund but may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion, depending on the stage of work.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@powerbiconsult.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
